Huggly Douglin's Christmas Party.
Huggly Douglin had a Christmas party,
At Squarefoot town at his home,
But nobody knew when it started,
So they knew quite surely, he’d spent it all alone.
Huggly made food, then he made juice,
He had given out cards,
Missing out that one important news,
He didn’t write what time the party starts.
So poor little Huggly waited for hours,
Expecting his guests to come,
But no, no one showed up for hours,
And Huggly was quite alone.
Huggly phoned his friend to see,
What the matter was,
And he replied, “we,
Don’t know what time it starts”
“Oh, my!”, Huggly remembered,
He took out a new set of cards,
And this time, wrote clearly and delivered
The cards to everyone, now with the time it starts.
So everyone would be going,
To his extra big party,
Tomorrow at three in the evening,
Oh! such a day dear Huggly.
